GUIDELINES FOR RABINDRA - NAZRUL BIRTHDAY SPECIAL MUSIC & DANCE FESTIVAL
Kindly go through the following Festival Guidelines to help ensure the programme runs smoothly and successfully.
1. Venue: Rathindra Mancha, H9M5+QHC, Madan Chatterjee Ln, Raja Katra, Singhi Bagan, Jorasanko, Kolkata, West Bengal 700007

2. Green rooms will be open from 3 pm. All participants must report by 4 pm at the backstage.
3. The programme starts at 5 PM sharp. All participants must remain at the venue from 5 PM to 9 PM.
4. Performance order will follow the sequence mentioned in the poster. Performers should be ready in full costume and makeup at least one performance before theirs. If you are not ready, the next performer will proceed, and you may perform at the end of the programme only if time permits and at the discretion of the organizers. When the first performer is on stage, the second and third performers should be ready backstage. We reserve the right to change sequence due to event management.
5. Group photo and certificate distribution will take place at 8.30 PM. The programme concludes at 9 PM, and all participants must stay until 9.05 PM.
6. Please carry your performance audio file on the phone as a backup and ensure it functions properly.
7. The hall must be vacated by 9.10 PM sharp.
8. Kindly keep the green rooms clean and use them responsibly.
9. Keep your belongings safe. Organizers will not be responsible for any lost items.
10. No entry pass is required for performers or accompanying guardians.
11. Front-row seats are reserved for management and special guests.
12. Photography and Videography: You may take photos and videos of your own performance only. Please share all to us after the programme. Please ensure that recording does not disturb other viewers. Photos and videos taken by the organizers are for official use by Namasivayam Trust and may or may not be distributed. The trust retains copyright over all official media captured during the event. Including the photos and videos taken by you.
13. Please avoid leaving in the middle of the programme. Certificates will be only issued from 8.30 pm only.
